A family textile business from Kandhla, now a registered company that manufactures winter bedding for India, exports home textiles and produce, and imports KINZA soft drinks.
Our story
From a family workshop in Kandhla to a registered trading company
Our story starts in 2014 in Kandhla, District Shamli, where our family began manufacturing polar fleece bedding. Season after season we learned the craft that winter bedding needs: choosing the right fleece, cutting it accurately, stitching it to last and packing it so it reaches the shop in good condition.
As wholesale buyers kept coming back, the business grew beyond what an informal family unit could handle. In July 2025 we incorporated Bazentica Private Limited to give our buyers a registered company with GST invoicing, clear paperwork and one accountable team.
Today our bedding is sold wholesale across India under our own brand, Cozenta Comforts™, and we make private-label bedding for other brands. From our office in Panipat, India’s home textile city, we also export hotel linen, handloom products, fresh produce and spices.

A family textile business begins in Kandhla
Our family starts manufacturing polar fleece bedding in Kandhla, District Shamli, and supplies wholesale buyers in the region.

Bazentica Private Limited is incorporated
We register the company (CIN U46909UP2025PTC228989) so buyers deal with a GST-registered business with proper invoicing and documentation.

Cozenta Comforts™ and the Panipat office
We launch our own bedding brand, Cozenta Comforts™, start private-label manufacturing and polar fleece fabric trading, and open an office in Panipat for wholesale and export.

We supply winter bedding to wholesalers, retailers and brands across India, export hotel linen, handloom textiles, produce and spices, and import KINZA soft drinks from Saudi Arabia.

Where we are heading
Our aim is to grow Cozenta Comforts™ into a trusted name in Indian winter bedding, to build long-term supply relationships with hotels and importers abroad, and to expand the KINZA distributor network across Indian cities.

Wholesale and export buyers need a supplier who sends what was agreed, on the date agreed, with honest communication when something changes. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.
We started with winter bedding because it is what our family knows best. Every new product line we add follows the same rule: approve the sample first, then we deliver to that sample.

Beverage imports
Importer and distributor of KINZA soft drinks in India
Alongside textiles, Bazentica Private Limited is the official importer and distributor of KINZA carbonated soft drinks from Saudi Arabia for the Indian market. We supply KINZA through distributors to retailers, supermarkets, cafés and HoReCa outlets.
