How to Choose a Bedding Manufacturer in India
The right manufacturer makes your bedding business easier every season. Use this checklist before you place your first order.

Whether you are a wholesaler, a retailer or building your own brand, your bedding manufacturer affects quality, delivery and your margins. Here is what to check before you choose one.
1. Are they really the manufacturer?
Ask where the goods are made and, if possible, visit. A manufacturer can control quality and repeat designs more reliably than a trader who buys from several sources.
2. Registration and invoicing
Check the company’s CIN and GSTIN, and confirm they issue proper GST invoices. Registered suppliers protect your input tax credit.
3. Product range
A manufacturer who makes the full category saves you time. For winter bedding that means duvet sets, dohar sets, quilt covers, fitted sheets and pillow covers.
4. Samples
A good manufacturer sends samples before bulk orders and keeps the approved sample as the production reference.
5. MOQ and flexibility
Ask the minimum order quantity for stock designs and for custom orders. Check whether you can mix sizes and colours.
6. Private label
If you plan your own brand, check that they can handle labels, hang tags, poly bags and carton printing. See private label bedding.
7. Packing and dispatch
Ask how goods are packed and which transport they use to your city, and how long dispatch takes after order confirmation.
8. Communication
Quick, clear replies on WhatsApp and email matter in a short winter season.
